Let’s put the record straight

Done! :) Did my ZS an my son's LEAF.

When it asked for my review I said;

"It's electric. What more is there to say? It's superior technology to last century's internal combustion engine".

Some of the questions are a bit ambiguous. e.g. the one about running costs. With 1 being low and 5 being high but does 1 mean you don't like the running costs and 5 means you do or does 1 mean it is low running costs and 5 means high?

Now I'm really confused ?‍?

Agreed m8.
That was written badly by them. IMO.

The ensuing confusion will surely skew the results?

I took 5 to be high, I.E. not the costs, but high, Im happy with the costs.

See what I mean!

Yes, I re-read it and decided it was my satisfaction that was high or low, not the cost.

Also, how relevant is the question about how far your car will go on one charge? Depends on the battery size. Also, are they assuming we're driving the thing to empty? Who does that? And are they assuming people with NMC batteries are always charging to 100%?

Did the survey three quarters of the way through then found it did not allow for locations outside the UK. D’oh.

Since you can bypass the vehicle plate lookup and manually enter the make and model, I just lied about the location.
