A search on Febi Bilstein [1] gives part numbers Febi 104496 and Febi 196403 for discs & pads respectvely. (BluePrint ADV184375 & ADBP420180 are also given as a match). Complete set (both sides) are about £80, which is about what I paid for a Skoda Yeti.
However, I've approached several suppliers and they cannot confirm as they do not have access to MG part numbers.
1 - anyone been able to purchase these are others that fit?
2 - anyone have the MG part numbers?
Finding these parts seems to be a recurring problem on this forum. :-(

UPDATE:
The part numbers from an MG dealer [1] are :
Rear Brake Disc MG4 Product code: 10464822
Rear Brake Pads MG4 Product code: 11306733
Bought parts:
Febi 2x Brake Discs Pair Solid Rear 104496
Febi Brake Pads Set Rear 196403
from Parts in Motion [2] who gave a good price (about £75) and were very helpful in confirming that the parts were suitable.
Did the job:
Not much different to changing any discs/pads. Release handbrake on consol. Remove parking motor (couple of small bolts) to wind back by hand. Need M14 (12 point spline) to remove caliper bracket. I suggest you don't try to remove the parking motor harness bracket as the small bolt is probably corroded - just bend out the way. After reassembly, don't forget to press on brake to settle brake cylinders before reconnecing battery and restarting. Any warning messages will clear after a short time of use. General workshop procedures_MG4.pdf [3] was helpful, especially with torque settings.
