I have now got the Titan Boot cover which is now available following my car being used as the template. It is very well made, fits like a glove and should protect everything including the sill.
I got the deep version for when the floor is dropped.
They currently have a sale on and free delivery as well
If you look at the website the photo they show for the S5 cover is actually a Discovery/Range Rover, presume that they haven't yet updated their pics with the photos of my car.

That looks great. I think I’m going to order this as well.

Here is a photo of the raised floor version
This is the version I have ordered, and it should be arriving soon.

Can I ask what holds the sides up? The cheapo one I have uses Velcro tape which doesn’t stick very well to the carpet type stuff that the boot is lined with, and my dog keeps pulling it off. I’m hoping this is better

It uses velcro on the sides with the tape sewn onto the covers and the other part stuck to the boot sides. I think the sticky may loosen after time but could always be glued on more firmly using contact adhesive.
The front part is taped to the seat headrests, very secure.
All the ones I have used from different manufacturers (eg Hatchbag) use velcro the same way and it can detach after time and need to be stuck back onto the car.
