Luminance setting

Does anyone else's luminance control appear to do absolutely nothing to the brightness of the dashboard lights? I can tell absolutely no difference between low, medium and high. Perhaps it's only noticeable in the dark so will try it again at night.

Does it affect daytime luminance? Try it with the headlights on, it might be fooled into thinking it's night?

It does make a difference but for me they are still quite bright. Doesn't affect the screen though.
