Marly Cockpit spray alternative

I read a post about using Marly Cockpit spray to clean the very delicate piano black plastic around the heating controls and gear selector, but it is out of stock on Amazon- does anyone know a good alternative or where I can find the Marly product? I appear to have already managed to scratch the plastic-I think the sleeves of my coat have brushed it when I select the Drive mode/ KERS.
