Maybe An Idea To Renew VED Before The Budget

No letter received here, but my VED is due for renewal March 1st, 2025, so the "new tax" shouldn't affect me until 2026, I hope!!

Mine would have been due 01-Nov-24 but I did the VED renewal March 24, so it's now due 01-Mar-25 (i.e. a month before the new rates kick in). So I'll be paying £0 at some point in February 2025 (as you pay for VED before it becomes due).

Yep - got mine dated 23/09/2024.

Yeh me to I had one around a week ago for my 5 so did my wife for her 4 but it shouldn’t come into effect for us until March 2026 like yourself Siteguru we Tax our cars in March 24

Wonder if they are going on original date instead of new March 25 date.
As of yet I have not got the letter, mine was due June 25
