Sounds like you have a MK1 so the app won't work with it.

Unfortunately the Gen 1 ZS EV is not equipped with the necessary hardware to support the Ismart functionality, sorry.
This was introduced when the Gen2 / facelift model was released.
The Gen 1 model that was introduced in Thailand did have this feature, but not cars made for the U.K.
