MG EHS PHEV - seat question

(sorry for my wonky english,.. i try im from Belgium)
Hi MG community!

I'm looking to buy a new car and to move a step forward ,as in decreasing my liquid dinosaur consumption.
Because my toyota corolla is getting 21 years old and transmission problems are due. ( i can feel it)
I really like the MG EHS , but i have some problems with the seating.

For the luxury edition the Dutch booklet tells me:
Bader(c) Leather seats (in front alcantara(c))
(Bader is a high quality leather BADER Leather - BADER )

The technical explanation in, the booklet tells me:
Leather seats

Thewebsite mgmotor.eu tells me :
Fake leather sportive integrated seats

And if i feel the seats in real life,.. they dont even look or feel leather to me.
It feels like PU leather to me.
The backsupport might contain some leather pieces but not everything.
and if i compare the seats from the luxury against the confort edition.
The confort edition seats seem much sturdy material to me.

I once had a pricey office chair that was made of PU leather,... it didnt last 2 years and it just really fell apart on me.

Can somebody help me ?

Nobody knows what kind of material the seats of the MG EHS are made of ?
(Luxury edition)

Or is my English that wonky to read ?

Hi Belgium neighbor!
We are probably all ‘speechless’
Not knowing the real answer but how about: it is real ‘Chinese’ leather!
I am not afraid it will chip in the near future and I appreciate the general looks and feel. Also the leather steering wheel is Chinese...

I suspected it was something like that.
I think there is a certain rule that says "minimum of 10% real leather , than they van name it "leather" "

But ok..... I just hate false advertising.
And since om buying a new car im looking up all thé things that are wrong with the car or driver complaints.

But i already die one Testdrive and that went really Well...going back this Saturday for a new Testdrive.
Thé dealer seems not to Know much about thé car,....that's what worries me....and alsof the lack of garages in my neighbourhood....and the fact i dont see allot of mg's on thé Road....

Did you check the voting Poll that I set up lately? There you see most of the issues of this MG type. Most, in my view, can be solved by software updates. Success with your decision Toby

Hi Henry , yes i checked all options.
The last 2 weeks om searching all over the web to find defects that People run in to while using the Mg PHEV.
Most of the things don't bother me....except for the infotainment system beeing so slow.
I have seen every video .....hope Mg updates it soon.
