MG EV ZS Air Con

I’ve only had my car for 3 weeks and today I noticed the air con is not blowing “cold air” with the setting on LO and highest blowing speed. All air vents are open and it was is normal mode.
Is this a common fault or any simple fix? The car has 38% battery - could this be the reason?

Any help is appreciated

Make sure you are not in eco mode
