I am currently charging my new car for the first time at a public Pod point. It has been on for just over 4hours at 22kW I think. I had to put some money onto my account so loaded £10. How much do you think it will charge if I disconnect soon. ??

I assume that you are talking about a type 2 pod point charger? If so, it will charge at about 6.5kW and will add about 25 miles per hour of charging.

7 & 22kW chargers not worth using unless an emergency or staying all day/overnight or are free ?

Thank you. You are quite right. I just disconnected and the car is now up to 183 miles from 103. Waiting to see how much this has cost me. Thank you.

Yes thank you. It's an overnight stop but green worthwhile to see how it all works as we are new to this game.
