MG iSmart App

Does anyone have any tips and tricks on how to get registration to work on the iSmart app? I've tried phone a couple of times but no code ever shows up, and when I try the email option it tells me "service not available right now".

To my knowledge the iSmart app doesn't work with the current MG5, only the facelifted MG ZS EV

In the UK iSmart is only available on the new ZS EV.
It will also not be retrofitted to the old ZS or the 5, car doesn't have the required kit.
