MG iSmart

I have an MG5 EV and my wife's MG4 EV arrived today.

As we use each others cars it makes sense to have them on the same MG iSmart login and the app gives the option to add another vehicle.

We've tried adding the second vehicle today with no success.

Is it possible to have more than one vehicle on the same MG iSmart login?

You can only bind a car to one account. If she's created an iSmart account and already bound the MG4 to her account then you can't add it to your account.

But if the MG4 isn't already bound to an account then in theory you should be able to add it to an existing account. (As there is an option to bind more than one car).

Yeah, she's not set up her own account. We're trying unsuccessfully to bind it as a 2nd car on my existing account
