Cannot login to iSmart

For the past couple of days I cannot login to iSmart. Never had trouble before, as I remember I was set up for biometrics (?) now I am asked to login. No matter what I do I cannot get the dimmed out Login button to light. I have changed my password (successfully) tried to register again, but told I am already registered!

Anyone else suffered this kind on nonsense, and how did you solve it?

SORTED! After tapping on various parts of the login screen there appears to be an invisible (at least on my phone) box next to the "Agree . . . " which once found allows the login.

Thanks for that. It was the same for me, no indication of where to agree, tapped around the agree word, and a little blue tick appears out of nowhere.
