MG ISmart

New car yesterday. Can’t get the ISmart app to work anything in the car remotely.
Warning sign is stating
Please confirm all 4 doors hood and tailgate are closed and locked, or instructions will fail (10)
I haven’t got a clue what’s wrong. I have been to opened and locked the vehicle ? just to make sure and nothing.
Please help with my frustration

It looks like the app thinks your boot is open

Tailgate is usually the one that needs a good push to make sure closed correctly, but also check each door (open and close) and roof is fully closed
