I’ve just bought a second hand MG ZS EV and can’t get it to bind with the ismart app. I can’t find the user or QR code anywhere on the vehicle screen. I wanted to get it connected so I can precondition the car before it gets to winter. Can anyone help?!

I believe you need to wait just in case the original own tries to log in.

The way I have read it is to try and sign in and then wait 48 hours before trying again, the 48 hours is critical so maybe try again in 48 & a half hours.

Personally, I find the app a was of time but that's just my opinion.

Hi rubyveazy and welcome to the forum. Is it a mark 2 ZS you've bought second hand? The mark 1 doesn't have ismart connectivity.

I ve got exactly the same issue and mines the trophy connect so I would have thought it would be available function

It does sound as if your car hasn't been unbound from the previous owner. You can speak to your MG dealer who can arrange for it to be unbound. You then won't have any issues getting it connected up.
