Hi
Had the car into Stoneacre's for its first service last week. On collection and payment of £145, I got a one sheet invoice which told me they'd carried out the first service, checked electrical components topped up the screen wash and topped up the tyre pressures!
At the desk I asked them about the battery condition and they said "it's fine". When I asked how good is fine, I was met with a blank look. Nothing mentioned about the state of the brakes or pads either.
When I had my Nissan Leaf, I'd get a four page report with a battery condition indicator showing 90% , 85% etc so you could see if there was any deterioration.
Before I complain to their head office, just wondering if anyone else has had a better experience?
