MG ZS infotainment not loading but reverse camera shows!? Any help

Can anyone help please 2 days ago randomly the infotainment did not load up shows the MG logo but then stays blank so no radio or sat nav. When put into reverse the camera shows so the screen is working but won’t load the infotainment section. Apple play works to play though the speakers but can it be controlled via the car. It’s all a bit strange I’ve tried the rest of the unit through the home button but hasn’t done much. Any help or advise greatly appreciated.

Try holding the HOME button down for about 10 seconds till it does a reboot and see if that fixes it.

Have tried this one and does nothing it seems to be trying to do this itself as every 3 mins the MG logo comes up as if it’s trying to load itself and if Apple CarPlay is connected it cuts the music off like it’s trying to load but never actually loads

You could try removing the negative terminal on the 12 volt battery ( using a10mm spanner ).
Lift the negative clamp away from the battery post.
Leave the it disconnected for about 10 minutes, then reconnect and tighten the clamp back up.
Now try booting up the car to see if has fixed it.
Doing this master 12 volt reset, will completely reboot ALL of the modules in the car and clear any errors.
If this fails, then its trip to the dealer.

Will give that a go at home and see how it responds got a feeling it’ll be a trip to the dealer for something expensive and trivial but will find out thanks for the response
