Mg zs sat nav problem

Hi everyone
We just got our new mg zs ev it's great but for some reason the sat nav does not work as it should,the cursor does not move and no audible intructions are we not doing something or is there a problem

No you are not doing anything wrong. It is a bit complicated to set up I am not very good at explaining things so I will let somebody else explain and I will learn something also. I’ve had mine a month and still haven’t cracked the computer I can’t get the phone to work it is paired but don’t matter which button I press it does not call home

Know what you mean there's a lot to learn we only got the car yesterday
It's just so frustrating when you can't get things work properly
Hopefully someone can help us both thank you at least I know its not us.

Yep dead reckoning needs switching off and a reboot dealers should be doing it at pdi to be fair
