Only speaking for myself, I tend to save and then opt for paying on the day, for my service work.
Like most things today, a lot of people favour paying monthly for almost everything in life.
First service on our Trophy LR was half of what you have been quoted, but prices will fluctuate depending on your location of course.
Second service on our Gen 1 ZS EV was around £140.00 if I remember correctly.
