MG3 Hybrid + - Mudguards

Hi,glad to hear mud flaps maybe in the pipe line, having had a tow hitch fitted for our cycle carrier, now looking for mud flaps asap.

Mud flaps are a standard feature on the MG3 Hybrid+ Luxury model here in Finland.

Hi Tuomas, must ask you for any workable effort in gettong the sourcing data of the pictured mud flaps - just hope your Seller can trace and help in recognizing the source of these flaps, as mounted in your car.
Funny is that I've checked several dealers specification of luxury (top) model of MG3 hybrid 2024 and found that no any dealer in Central Europe countries is showing such flaps in general offers in any (also Luxury level) model. Some of them suggested me to search on chinesse portals as Temu/AliExpress, but - up to now not found suitable just for the MG3 hybrid+. All types offered are declared as ' universal'., which means risky mounting results. So, be underestanding for my pressure. BR

Latest information from MG and AMC parts reference mudflaps the templates are. Nearing completion and the first mudflaps should be available late September they are going to notify me as soon as they are available they are also working on a rear exhaust in stainless steel with a 2 inch bore which should I believe will exit horizontal from under the bumper instead of pointing downwards

You'd think they would be available as an accessory at MG Dealers across Europe then, but unfortunately they're not (yet).

Hi Tuomas, just still waiting for any workable miracle with mud flaps availability . . . Meanwhile, I have another question : can you give me a picture of the type of mounting method these mud flaps you get originally installed in your Luxury model ? I am wondering are they installed with some metal screws added or just with some plastic fasteners (means: no additional drilled holes applied ).

Hi Mirka yes the company MG and AMC parts are still working on the design these will only fit the MG3 from 2024 they have promised to email myself when they are in stock they did quote October so hopefully i should hear something soon I will update the forum once I know

Every MG3 Hybrid+ here in Finland have these mudflaps.. straigth from the factory.

Be careful with those mudflaps, the part that wraps around and rests on the paint will eventually damage and rub through the paint.

My mudflaps are factory installed. So

Doesn't mean they're not going to damage your paint. I would rather prevent the paint from being damaged by putting something between the mud flaps and the cars body.

Repainted metallic paint is never as good as factory

Hi Chinok. Trust you are running quite safely and good in this New Year. But can you evaluate the current picture of the hardly expected muldflaps dedicated for the MG3 hybrid+ ? Is it open or just closed case promised?
Anybody get suitable muldflaps ?

Sorry have you messaged them or is there a comment on the sales post I missed? The shape looks very close when I checked my car. For £25 ISH it is quite expensive for alien express there's no reviews yet

Just seen the ask section I have sent a message re 2025 mg 3 let see if I get a reply

seller's response:

"This car has not been sold in China since 2017. The mudguards currently being sold don't have the correct screw positions for new cars, so you'll need to drill new holes yourself."

So, no luck - we're still looking for mud flaps for the MG3 Hybrid+
