Yeah, just watched that !

My take :-

He likes the seats = comfy
The charging speeds are v good even in the cold (when decent charger used) - 130kW generally
He had a heat pump though
The economy in the cold is pretty bad and hence range !
The car suffers power losses at 10% SOC and below
He has fun in Track mode on an icy car park ?
