MG5 exclusive how to remove the USB plate from centre console?

I lent my car to a friend and on return the USB port has been pushed in. Any ideas how to remove the console to put it back

Thanks for this - allowed me to figure out how to remove the panel to replace the rear USB ports (with a 2nd hand version).
