MG5 Saudi version software upgrade

I just bought MG5 in Riyadh KSA, and I am having 2 secs delay in bluetooth sound connected with my mobile, may be it required a software upgrade, so can I do this by myself or it has to be done by car dealer

I think the only thing you can update yourself is the maps.

but I dont see any option for a map except car play, is there any way where I can install maps?

I sent the message on the KSA website but they have very poor in response, I did not get anything from them yet.

may I escalate this to MG UK? if yes then which website
