I didn’t really like the look of all the chrome on the car so a few changes were needed! As I’ll be using it as a PHV a few areas needed protection too, so…..
30% rear window tints
De-badged
De-chromed
Plastidip
Rear bumper and door shuts wrapped
Custom rear plate.
Imo it’s looking great now. Here’s the rear but unfortunately the rain started so no more photos showing the rest of the work but I’ll add them later once the rain passes!

Love the de-chroming idea, the chrome trim on our 5 has got spots on it like stains from washing chemicals and it's hard to remove.

Hi, I've literally been searching everywhere to see who else has done this, it looks really smart. IMO there is too much chrome on the 5. Can I ask, did you do this yourself or use a specialist company? I've tinted the windows, put on my private plate (albeit a short plate that actually fits inside the mounting area which looks very smart) and I'm also thinking of powder coating the wheels to remove any spec of chrome on my black 5.

Hi Scott,

Cheers! 🤙🏻 I used a company that specialize in vehicle wrapping/tinting etc to do the work. If you’re handy yourself I don’t see why you couldn’t give it a bash 🤩
