MG5 Trophy spacesaver

Has anyone looked at fitting a spare wheel (probably a space saver) to the MG5 Trophy (facelift)? It looks like there would be space under the boot floor if the polystyrene were removed from the well. I‘d be far more comfortable with a spare in the car…
 
Exactly the same boot as the mk1 mg5, with the better long range height adjustable floor.

You can purchase an official mg5 spacesaver spare wheel kit or pick up a compatible one. Some purchased a full size alloy and set the adjustable floor to the higher setting and must needed a longer bolt to secure it with. There are several posts with links to what has been purchased.

Fwiw, the trophy has limited differences to the mk1 Long range model and most answers available on the mg5 forum still apply. Infact it's still very similar to the Roewe Ei5 saloon it was based on
