MGS5 Rattles

You will find it's not rattling, it's the door rubbers, silicone spray or the actual stuff garages use will sort you right out..

Mine was terrible with rattles etc, garage fixed all loose nuts etc inside the all 4 doors and it was still really loud, read somewhere else the door seals maybe the problem, all seals treated and now quiet.

Someone on the MG4 forum recommended Gummi-pflege for treating all the rubber door and boot seals. It cleans and conditions the rubber as well as stopping the seals freezing in winter.

I use it about twice a year including on the charging port door seal as well as spraying the hinges and the locking pin with silicone.

Gummi-pflege I use this as we had convertible cars and it works brilliantly on door seals. Also good on frameless windows, as it stops them sticking & freezing in winter.

Update on previous post the rattles I wss hearing ate from both rear door cards and also creaking noise from drivers window which have been put right under
I also have a problem with the radio dropping out of dab for no reason apart from that all good
