It deffo needn't be an emergency stop. If I had to define it, I'd say "sufficient for a shopping bag on a seat to distribute two or three items on the floor." I'm not sure that's an ISO definition, but we know what I mean, right?

And it happens when you (instinctively) take your foot of the brake, in preparation to reapply the accelerator to set off again.

Are you asking whether anyone has looked in the bottom RH corner of the cluster as it happens? In which case the answer is no.

If you mean "what level of regen does OPD offer?", then the answer is, I believe, the same as L3.

That's not a particularly bad one. I should have kept one at a zebra, where a youth ran from nowhere in an apparent suicide attempt, the other day. It was much more dramatic. And cost more than a couple of items from the shopping bag.

The mostly likely situation is someone didn't keep the 2 second gap behind you. Thats a them problem.... Unless they have a dashcam

Funny you should mention, someone was about to cross behind me after my vehicle came to a stop near traffic lights. BTW it was nothing like an emergency stop.
