Monitoring charges

Hi, daft question. Fairly new to the MG5 LR after 2 weeks and 2700 miles!!!
How do I see how fast charging is in KWh rather than just amps as shown on the dash?
Is there any apps or similar as well to show SoH etc?
Loved the watchdog app I had for my old outlander phev but haven't seen anything similar for this

Hi, on a rapid charger it should show on the unit or in the app.

On a Fast EVSE then it should be what is on the unit i.e. 7kw

If you multiple the amps by the voltage on your cars menu then you will get the wattage.

Depends if your an iOS or Android user. On iOS I use Car Scanner ELM OBD2 app and an OBD Bluetooth 5 dongle. Not sure about android options other than Torque. Watchdog might work too - there are some threads kicking about on the forum.

car scanner is an Android app as well.
