It's mandatory, so should be settings for it. Otherwise you'd not be allowed to drive in countries using the other units.

Sadly, the manual doesn't provide any help!

Go to settings and look for 'units' or 'regional settings' or similar. I don't have that model so got no idea how the infotainment looks like, but that's the most logical.
