Mud flaps

Hi guys bought some mud flaps from Temu and surprisingly they are quite good quality but the front ones need modifying in that the step is in the way of where the fitting is, has anybody bought specific mud flaps for the phev that don’t need modifications? And/or if anybody has modified the non-step front mud flaps do you have any pics/advice?

I seem to recall reading on here some time ago, that someone had fitted front mudflaps to their HS PHEV after modifying them to sit round the side steps.

I bought a set through Ali Express and only fitted the rear ones. In practice, I think the side steps keeps a lot of the side spray down - certainly the car doesn't get as dirty as other cars.

I made my own out of thick flat rubber as they are not available at the moment. I found that the side steps just collected all the muck from the road.
