Navigation not updating

Hi,

I have bought MG ZS Trophy Long Range version two days ago.

I have realised that navigation system is not updating. It shows my location in Brussels but I am based in London.

I saw many threads on this suggeting I should disable the 'dead reckoning' and reboot the infotainment system. I have tried it multiple times but it's not working.

Any guidance or help on this would be appreciated.

Dead reckoning is for when your location is right but the car doesn't move on the map when you move
For your problem it's sometimes fixed with a factory reset some car where in wrong time zone and there is always a 12v battery disconnect
