Navigation permissions

Hi all, I have a Trophy model MG4 and I'm having difficulty getting onto the navigation system. When I press the icon it says I need to grant permissions in the settings. When I click settings there's nothing that mentions the navigation.

Any ideas please? I have posted a picture below.
