Ncap fail for mg3 hybrid

I got my letter today. Booked the car into FrasersMG Falkirk for 16th January. They offered either an 08.30 or 10.30 slot.

Yes, UK MG3 owners started receiving their notification letters a couple of days after 17th.

First service on my MG3 Hybrid in Banbury today.
I was informed that this issue was dealt with at the same time as the service.

Had my modification done this morning. Took just under an hour - hopefully it's solved the issue for good!

Had my recall fix done earlier today. My dealership advised me that MG have now run out of the seat repair kits which are now on back order. No estimate of when further supplies would arrive.

Whoopee - I got my recall letter from MG Motor dated 17th November today. What's funny is it was posted on 23rd December and my seat was actually done on 18th December!

Mg3 hybrid failed on seat latch mechanism not securing individual in a head on collision.

I got a letter for a recall on my mg3 and it’s going in on Wednesday coming to get sorted. Can they fix the fault with the car or will I have to look at another car?

5 minutes later the guy returned with my key to tell me they'd run out of the part. I'm waiting for them to call me back

Tuesday 20th January, recall is now sorted. Dealer phoned to say part was in, so I drove over and it was fitted within 30 minutes
