Hello all! Just received my new mg zs ev ! What an amazing car, nice gadgets on it. I own the longrange luxury version.

Did you all got the car activated ? When i trie to activate the car he says unknown error ? so i dont see the qr code becouse the car has to be activated... but i cant .

Anyone knows how to fix ?

Yes when i go to settings there is a button to activate the car, when i click on it it says unknow error

Ouch, so many issues with iSmart activation . I can't recall someone posting this exact issue, but hopefully if there was a solution they'll share it here.

In the meanwhile, the easiest thing to try first is a reboot (press and hold down the home button for 10 seconds to reboot the infotainment system, the screen goes completely off and the MG logo comes up again). Or did you do that already and it didn't help?

I had connected the car to my phone hotspot and than it worked... so it is solved
