Autocar magazine this week have published a comparison test with four other PHEV models. It's interesting that they haven't chosen to put it up against the similarly priced Omoda and Jaecoo models, but instead matched it against the Skoda Kodiaq, Cupra Formentor and the Mercedes GLC from established manufacturers, plus the new model Chery Tiggo S.
These other models are at least £10k more expensive than the MG, or £30k in the case of the Mercedes.
They are very complimentary about the MG, putting it in second place, and quite hard on the Chery and Mercedes for ADAS and efficiency reasons respectively. Autocar have spotted that the 26 model year HS cars have the same single button ADAS cancelling button as the Skoda and Cupra.
As before with the What Car? review, I'll post a link as soon as it appears online.
