Picked up my IM6 long range this morning and very happy. Only a very short drive home atm and spent a while trying to set things up. Presentation photo, plus 1 of the cream interior and 2 showing the boot liner and mat from MGTitan.

A couple of questions:

1. Are there really no USB A and only USB C?
2. Is there a way to stop the wing mirrors tilting down when in reverse?
3. Is there a simple way to swop between radio and other media?

Congrats on the new motor! I am sure you will enjoy it!
I can see that Don already replied to your questions. Anything else we can all together figure it out. Or not lol.

1, yep just c - but you can get an adapter if you really want one.
2, in settings you can switch off ( or alter the amount of movement if you wish
3, a few different key strokes or make a shortcut from the ‘ more’ tab

Enjoy your new car
Thank you. I thought you would know. Re
1.OK - adapter ordered.
2. Where please? Been going back and forth and must be missing it!
3. What would you put on the short cut to do this?

I’ll go out to my car and find them for you - I have a memory like a sieve- I write it down as I do it and then post

Thank you very much.

Like you I do find it a struggle with so many menus and duplications as well as the odd less obvious place to tap for an option. I feel certain the menu could be laid out better. On the plus side, I have been impressed by the voice command it some ways. I was trying to get the heated seat on and struggled to find the phrase….. IM said in effect ‘try describing what you want’ so I said something like ‘ I want to warm up my seat’ and that worked! However, could not get IM to switch to radio …...

2, on lower screen tap the car - tap adjust ( 4th on left) tap mirrors at the top, scroll to the bottom to
Switch off tilt when reversing. Alternately start the car, select reverse ( with tilt on) then adjust tilt using left / right at top of screen ( exit and car will remember settings when reverse selected.

3, lower screen , touch little box ( with radio in it on the right of current radio station) gives options for CarPlay, Android auto, radio or Bluetooth music.

Hope that helps 👍
