Hi all,

New here and new to EV’s though this will be my second MG - the first being a 78 Midget. Just ordered an MG5 SE in red as a company car - couldn’t get the Trophy sadly but looking forward to it all the same. Can’t wait to get delivery - MG dealer said they were fairly well stocked so hopefully won’t be too long…

You might be better off in the non trophy anyway. Things I find annoying in my older Exclusive model are the rain sensor box in the windscreen, it blocks the view (a lot). The seat material, I prefer cloth seats, summer and winter, that and the onboard sat nav sucks. None of these are deal breakers, just annoyances for me.

Welcome to the forum and great choice of car.
Does your company supply the EVSE (charge point) or do you have to sort that?

Yeah, the company supply the charge point and configure with my electricity supplier so that EV charge use is billed to them. Seems decent car and the size is great for me as I do a lot of camping…
