Ok, here you go - just collected today from Drive MG Bristol North. Ordered 12th September and would have been available last week - but I wasn't!
Only one hiccup, and that was that the main key wouldn't work initially, but then the tech guy realised that the car had been switched to transport mode

Never noticed. But they should leave it off. Looks better. Infact me personally would also remove the IM5/IM6 badge too. Looks so much better, just looks nice and clean and smooth, looking.

I haven't checked, but if they're simply glued on, I should imagine that should you want to remove them, some alcohol (the non-drinking kind!) and dental floss would do the job efficiently

I've ordered the black covers to go over the IM badges from Ali express should be here this week. ( IM5 pearl Black) so would be completely Black.

Take the other badges off, will look awesome. Very mean!

I used black covers when I had my MG4 and they did look good against the orange, but I'm not sure it'd look right on a Nevis Blue IM5!
When you fit them, watch the 3M adhesive tape (or whatever brand is used), it wasn't particularly good at maintaining adhesion on my MG4 covers and I had to buy some tape to replace it.

They can just be pealed off - carefully.

I’ve just picked up mine and have the exact same issue. Can’t get the car booked into the workshop until January 9th so using the car via the credit card for now. Fingers crossed it’s the same solution and not the remote needing replacement.

Did you watch what the tech guy did to take it out of transport mode as it seems to affect other things ie the dash shows the tyres but not the pressures.

No, unfortunately, I didn't. I do believe though that it involves a sequence of button presses on the steering wheel buttons, like a cheat code on the old Playstations!
I don't know if @Miles Roberts CG would know?

Spoke to a sales rep at the dealership yesterday and he says that it’s a combination of continuous on off presses of the brake pedal at the same time as working the indicator arm up and down continuously. Sounds strange to me though, I’ve never heard of this before.

From the leasing company / dealer : DVLA registrations are currently down, the team are working with the DVLA to get back up and running, when I hear anything, I will let you know. We are therefore unable at present able to deliver the vehicle, as soon as the error is cleared, we will rebook, currently looking at Wednesday.
