No cabin heating1

The cabin heater on our 5 has stopped working (booking it in on Monday). Any idea why?

Are we saying you purely have no heat being produced, or you have only one / no individual blower fan speeds ?.
The cabin heater element, draws its power from the high voltage traction battery, but the fan blower motor for the heater, is pulling its power from the 12 volt battery under the bonnet.
Two different means of providing power to the cabin heater.
The different blower fan speeds on the ZS EV are controlled by a resistor pack that has been a known failure item.
Not sure if it’s the same set up on the MG5 but I would imagine it is something very similar.
