I was told there are only 5 people in the MG HQ tech department answering queries, not only ALL of UK's queries, but they also look after Europe as well, no wonder we all think they are not interested in we consumers, they are simply rushed of their little arses
All through MG keeping trying to keep cost to a minimum (perfectly understandable) and less concern about us consumers who ultimately pay their wages.
I'd be perfectly happy to pay a little extra for better and quicker service as I've done previously with the likes of Volvo etc.
