Not an MG
Just thought I'd join in as for once I have my figures. I don't normally bother as it uses what it needs whenever I drive, same as my old ICE vehicles. You may also notice it's not an MG. Done a mix of urban and motorway speed stuff, heater on Auto and 21 degrees most of the time this last month, I didn't buy a car to have to wear coats and scarves in it, if it's cold heater is on, if it's hot AC is on. :)

Judging by your profile pic I'm guessing a Hyundai Kona. Similar to one I hired a few years ago, easily exceeded 4 m/kWh just by driving it normally for a short break to North Yorkshire in October. Very impressed with the efficiency and driveability of that car 😊

Your are indeed correct. :) A very competent all rounder, nothing exciting, just does everything well. A replacement for my MG5 PFL LR which was itself a replacement for the MG ZS EV Gen 1.

Yes the Kona is a great car. We have my MG ZS EV Mk11 LR Trophy & 4 other EV's in the family. Two of them are E-Niros, very similar of course to the Kona, same motors & battery choices. I've driven the E-Niros & they are good but haven't driven the Kona. Both Niros are 3 & 5 yrs old. My MG was bought new end of January this year. Good though the Niros are, & they really are good, my MG is still my favourite to drive & it gives me more everyday range on road trips. It has more tech to & I like the ride comfort much better in the MG. The Kona is slightly smaller than the Niros so gets a bit more range than the Niros & my MG. We're spoilt for choice these days!

We recently added a 4 yo Niro to the 'fleet' at home. The Niro is surprisingly quick and efficient given its bulk, built to last inside and I cannot fault the Kia warranty. We had a BMS problem which took the very average dealer a little while to confirm but the parts were there the next day and we got it back a couple of days later, while this was going on we had a 25 plate Niro 4+ foc. The Kia infotainment is very laggy but the wireless car play works a treat. The MG4 is a nicer drive, quieter and more comfortable ride. Being a rwd man I much prefer to drive the MG as the torque steer on the Kia still catches me out occasionally.

The torque steer on our E-Niros is a little disconcerting on the odd occasion. That's the downside of 201hp & a very sensitive throttle delivering instant power that doesn't let up as you barrel off down the road! :ROFLMAO: I find the ZS EV more controllable in that department but more than powerful enough. In outright 0-62mph running there isn't much difference between the MG & Niro. Both good cars.

On the other hand our E-Niro that is five years old has 50,000 miles on the clock, has been looked after but the seats & dash & interior are showing their age. The MG interior seems much better & more solid.

Stats for November. A lot of driving this month with regular trips to York from Leeds which is mixed urban, A roads and dual carriageway. Heater has been on a lot this month, I don't sit in cold cars !!!

Don't check every month but averaging 4.2 m/kwh in my Born over the last 8500 miles going back to last November, one full winter and the start of another, mix of driving.
