We have a new ZS EV and I’ve tried to set the clock to using the GPS. It does that but is 2 hours out compared to NZ so I assume that is Sydney time.

Any ideas on how to fix this…moving to Australia seems a little extreme!

Not very helpful I'm afraid, but we use DAB for the time signal in the UK but I believe you don't have DAB in NZ.
Can you set the clock manually without using GPS ?

Check for daylight savings setting.
In doing so I found there is a GPS time zone to select which is GMT +12 for NZ. I hadn’t noticed it as I needed to scroll down And had not noticed the scroll option.

So partially solved at this stage!

No daylight savings setting as far as I can see which will be interesting as we are then GMT+13…

I'm in New Zealand and I had the same problem. I went to the dealer in Invercargill, they contact the head office (China), it got fixed with and updated. You might have to go to the dealer and say it has been fix for another NZer and you can use my info if you want, if it's needed to get it fixed, i'm sure not all dealers are up to speed with it......... Hope this helps, i only just saw this so sorry about the delay in a reply.
