Official MG statment on charging / sleep / not waking issue

If I'm not dreaming, I think one of the threads posted something similar to the title above about the cars not fully implementing something (generally known as the Rolec problem).

FYI my MG5 exhibited a similar issue over the weekend (and I don't have a Rolec).
