P1D65 error

Hello, does anyone know what error code P1D65 means? I cleared it but it keeps coming back. Should I be worried, and is it necessary to visit the dealership?

Where did this pop up? On the infotainment or the drivers screen? Is it associated with an icon?

No, the vehicle operates normally with no warning lights or messages. The error has only started appearing recently in the Car Scanner app on my phone, which is connected via an OBD device. Thank you

Thank you for the reply. So, if I understand correctly, the issue seems to be related to the conversion from high voltage to 12V via the DC/DC converter? Do you think it's something serious that I should have checked immediately?

Yes, I'd get it checked out whilst the fault is still intermittent.
