Pairing up

Help, how do you pair up the ismart app on your phone to a new mg zs ev. For some reason I'm having problems.

There may be a phone which is corrected to it all ready so if you look in setting you can return the system back to factory setting. Then you can start to set up you phone, have a look on the YouTube for MG I smart and you should find some videos on this.

You can't find the QR code to bind, or it just doesn't work? What guides from the threads have you already tried? It'll help to know exactly what step you're stuck at, and what you've already ruled out.

Have you tried the settings menu as suggested in this video - he shows two in car methods... Connect, and then SE/Trophy

Thanks one and all, I've solved the problem by uninstall ING and re-installing the mg ismart app and all is good
