Passenger seat back removable?

Is there a way to remvoe the back of the front passenger seat? I've seen videos of people removing the back of the rear seats, but never the passengers seats.

Thing is I wanna know if I can load my windsurfboards in this car? (length of 240 cm)

Don't think it is maybe you could recline the front seat to give enough space to place it over the top or slide seat all the way forward and lean it forward aswell?

Thanks. It doesn't lean forward enough (almost nothing) for a surfboard to fit. Anyone knows if the seat reclines all the way horizontal if you take of the headrest?
