Actually I drove on this track. But I was not allowed to be on the track at the same time as the petrol cars for safety reasons. So I did about ten laps alone. Lap times are a little slower than those of the Lotus and Alpine. What is lost in the corners is made up in acceleration and speed at the end of the straight. The problem is braking, slowing down 2 tons is not that easy. Coming from an Alfa Romeo 4C, the braking distances are considerably longer to me.
The other problem on the track is the lack of reference points I'm used to. Gear position, engine speed and noise. The only usable information is the speedometer and visual cues on the track. At first, it's quite confusing.

Although you may not like it, have you tried the simulated engine noise. I have mine on all the time. It is not loud but you feel like you are getting some feedback.
