Pin top missing

Hi everyone, I would be grateful for your advice.
We just had a service done and I was told that the pin top is missing on one pin in the charging port. Please see picture attached. The MG dealership has not been helpful so I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if it is an easy fix. Many thanks!

No idea how important that missing top is but the socket itself is ip rated so I'd think the whole thing would need replacing, not just a pin.

It's very disappointing to hear that an MG Dealer has just serviced your car, highlighted a problem, but not offered any advice or solution.

The charger port is covered by the MG 7 year warranty (according to Google). The tips or pins are user replaceable (if you can source the parts) rather than getting a whole new port. Some Hyundai and other cars have the same issue. I guess it's a commonly bought-in part from a third party manufacturer.

Stupid question have you checked your charge lead just incase it's stuck in it,
