Problem with Tesla CCS plugs

Mine was done (finally) by my dealer at the third service. I had asked for it each time, but I didn’t need it enough to warrant paying for it. The update/upgrade itself is free from MG, I believe, but it’s the technician’s time which would be payable.

Maybe the cakes I took in that time were better, so they indulged me?

So the update is from MG? The first dealer I contacted said it was third party, which I wasn't delighted about anyway.

The actual software to upgrade the car is from Tesla but packaged up by MG with their loading instruction software. It's only available from MG dealers.
