Public v. private chargers

I'm just looking at my return journey to Berkshire from Scotland on Saturday and the first charge place ABRP offers is the Porsche dealers near Carnforth.

Zapmap also shows some around Edinburgh but they appear to be in university areas which in my mind may not be open to the public.

Does the fact that ABRP or Zapmap list them mean that it is available to the general public?

You should be able to select them in zapmap and it will display that info for you?

I found that too but Zap-map does tell you if they are for pulic use, staff, residents or it may say contact them direct.
